Our Builders Story
Seed Housing is a social enterprise. We design and build high quality green affordable single family homes for around $100K each. Our work and goals go far beyond profits. The turbulent market of the last few years has caused ups and downs in housing, but the need for affordable housing for families all over the country has not changed. We aim to help fill this need, and to do so with the sustainability of our communities and earth foremost in our minds.

Breaking Ground-May 01, 2009
Seed Housing will break ground on a SeedHouse for the Kribs family in Clinton County, Michigan on May 1, 2009.
